About RExhort
RExhort provides transformative programmes that aim to elevate an individuals life beyond visual success. We firmly believe that transformation first begins with understanding self. That process is then elevated by developing the necessary skills to grow beyond one's perceived limitations. Many of our purpose-built programmes are founded on Jeffrey E.'s Schema Therapy model, which serves as the basis of our self-development support.
At RExhort, we understand the importance of time when embarking on a transformative journey which is why we offer mentoring, workshops and programmes with varying duration. Our services provide solution to charities working with vulnerable adults to businesses desiring to expand and improve the work culture.
Our coaching services are suited for individuals requiring accountability and professional support managing personal development and goals. We also work with Schools and Universities across the UK, providing versatile workshops to invoke elevation amongst students, irrespective of their discipline.
